A SmartStore purchase does not automatically confirm your reservation. After receiving your order, our team checks the requested date, time, and lesson format and sends a confirmation. If that slot is full or an instructor cannot be assigned, we’ll suggest available times and agree on the final schedule with you.

Know what’s included.
Your lesson includes basic equipment rental. Clothing, helmets, protective gear, goggles, gloves, the resort lesson permit, and lift passes are separate.

Lessons run in light snow or rain when the resort is open and teaching is safe. If the resort closes, slopes stop operating, or conditions are unsafe, we offer a free reschedule or refund.
