A little clarity before you go.

Lesson options, what to bring, and what happens after you book.

01

Choosing your lesson

What is the minimum age for lessons?

Lessons are available from age 4 through adulthood. Children ages 7 and under take 1:1 lessons only, so the instructor can give them close attention. You can join even if you’ve never skied or snowboarded.

Which lesson should I choose as a beginner?

If you’re learning for the first time, we recommend a private 1:1 lesson.

If you’d like to learn with family or friends, 1:2 and 1:3 lessons are also available.

If you’re unsure which lesson to choose, get in touch and we’ll be happy to help. 😊

Can my family or friends learn together?

Yes, you can 😊

Two people can learn together in a 1:2 lesson, and three people in a 1:3 lesson.

If ages or skill levels differ significantly, we may recommend separate lessons to help everyone learn more comfortably.

Can I take a 4-hour lesson?

You won’t be practicing without a break for four straight hours. Your instructor checks energy and focus and adjusts rest breaks. Depending on the session arrangement, we can also discuss a meal break.

02

Purchase and preparation

Can I purchase a lesson before choosing a date?

Yes, you can purchase a lesson even if you haven’t chosen a date yet. 😊

After your purchase, chat with us on KakaoTalk to arrange your preferred date and time.

Only paper gift certificates are accepted. Mobile gift certificates cannot be used.

※ Gift certificate payments are based on the regular price and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Is equipment rental included in the lesson price?

Yes, basic equipment rental is included.

For skiing, this includes skis / boots / poles. For snowboarding, it includes a snowboard / boots.

BIB fees / lift passes / clothing / protective gear / gloves are separate.

When should I arrive?

If it’s your first visit or you need to collect rental equipment, arrive at the rental shop 1 hour before your lesson. Boot fitting, equipment setup, and changing take time. If your equipment is already ready, arrive at the meeting time you were given.

Where do we meet?

Meet by the escalator on the 1st floor of Konjiam Resort’s Ski House, or just after stepping off the escalator upstairs. Your instructor contacts you the day before or on lesson day to confirm the exact spot. See the meeting spots ↗

For a 2-hour lesson, a 2-hour pass is fine. If you plan to stay on the slopes after your lesson, choose a pass that covers the time you’d like to spend there.

Do lessons go ahead in snow or rain?
